3. Services Provided

Elyzian Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. offers:

Domestic and international travel and tour packages
Flight, hotel, and transport arrangements
Car rental and chauffeur services (self-drive or with driver)
Visa assistance and travel consultation

All services are subject to availability and specific supplier terms and conditions.

4. Bookings and Payment

All bookings must be made through our authorized channels (website, WhatsApp, email, or registered agents).
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method specified by us.
Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
Elyzian Travel & Tours reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates.

5. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

Cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation fees apply according to the notice period and supplier policies (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Certain bookings (especially promotional or discounted packages) are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after approval.
No-show passengers or late arrivals are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, and other required travel documents are valid.
Elyzian Travel & Tours is not liable for any losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
We may provide assistance in visa application; however, approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

7. Car Rental Terms

The renter must hold a valid driving license and identity document (IC/passport).
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
Late returns will incur additional charges per hour.
Smoking and carrying illegal substances in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
The company reserves the right to charge for damages, traffic fines, or loss due to negligence.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers purchase personal travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, or other unforeseen incidents.
Elyzian Travel & Tours shall not be responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elyzian Travel & Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
We are not liable for:

Acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers
Loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure, weather, accidents, or government restrictions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

10. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, and logos—is the property of Elyzian Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
